Creek Science

Creek Science is a way of incorporating fieldwork studies on creeks with prescribed learning outcomes from science and math classes.

Each of the lessons is integrated with the BC prescribed learning outcomes from both the science and math curriculums.

The curriculum designers, Laura and Jim Duncan, are available to conduct the fieldwork studies lessons.  Thanks to funding by the Columbia Basin Trust, the Kootenai River Network in Libby Montana, the Regional District of the EK and Mainstreams, the Duncans bring all the necessary equipment for the field lessons.  For a copy of Mainstreams Creek Science Curriculum Guide click here KindColl.pdf
